The evening opens with the renowned Ocean Aged at Sea—bourbon shaped by global voyages, ocean air, and constant motion—before transitioning into Jefferson’s Tropics Aged, where heat and humidity create deeper concentration and intensity.

We then explore the unique Old Rum Cask Finish 90.2, imparting subtle sweetness and layered complexity, followed by Jefferson’s Straight Rye Whiskey Ocean Aged at Sea Double Barrel 96, delivering bold spice and amplified depth from its double-barrel ocean journey.

The experience culminates with the Reserve Limited Edition Cask Strength—bold, uncut, and intensely expressive. These selections are exceptionally rare—we secured the final bottles available in the state at the time of purchase.
