-Reservations for Groups of 12 or less at Queensgate:

Our Queensgate location has two options for large party reservation seating. This is our only location with a separate dining space; Large parties are considered to be 13 people or greater.

We are pleased to now offer the only River View Igloo Dining in town!
Our heated Igloo seats 6 guests comfortably, here you can lounge on our cozy patio sectionals and and enjoy drinks, a meal, and a great time. Weather you are looking for a private date night, a fun girls get together, or something fun to do with the kids, we have several different packages OR hourly rentals

Cancellations:
****All reservation cancelled 7 days or more in advance have no cancellation fee.
**Weekday reservation cancellations (Monday-Thursday)
-4 days or more 25% of deposit for cancellation fee
-48 hours or more 50% of deposit for cancellation fee
-24 hours or less 75% of deposit for cancellation fee
***Weekend reservation cancellations (Friday-Sunday)
-4 days or more 25% of deposit for cancellation fee
-72 hours or more 50% of deposit for cancellation fee
-48 hours or more 75% of deposit for cancellation fee
-24 hours or more 100% of deposit for cancellation fee
Children:
Children of all ages are welcome in the Igloo, but those 12 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Damages:
Damage to the Igloo will result in an $800 fee for replacement. Card on File will be charged.
Our back room at Queensgate is available for parties big and small.
Parties with over 25 guests in attendance for a meal service will have the room rental fee waived, parties with less than 25 guests that wish to reserve the back room will have a room rent fee of $100. See terms for details on room rent.
We offer both open menu as well as condensed menu options for all parties.
Large party reservations on Saturday or Sunday mornings have mandatory room rental fees which are dependent on the date/ time and guest count of the reservation. For weekend morning reservations please call Saber at 509-628-2414 to schedule.

*You will receive a call the day prior to your reservation to confirm all you reservation details; we ask for an accurate headcount at that time. We allow 3 no shows- anything beyond 3 will be charged at either the customer's condensed menu price or $21 per person for open menu parties.
*Max capacity for the back room: 60 guests - this arrangement is a little tighter than we typically seat as it is the max capacity.
Deposit-
*We require a $100 deposit to secure the reservation, the deposit will not be charged unless the party is cancelled or does not show up. The deposit is half refundable if canceled more than 7 days in advance and non refundable the week of.
*Reservations will not be scheduled prior to taking card information for the deposit, you will receive a confirmation email to finalize your booking- your booking is not complete until you receive that email.
Room Rental Fee-
*Room rental fee for meal services with 25 or more adults in attendance will be waived.
*Reservations are allotted a two hour window, this includes a 15 minute window prior to reservation time for set up.
*Parties joining us beyond the standard 2 hour window will be charged $50 per hour regardless of party size (the extended reservation fee is is not waived if there are more than 25 guests.)
General large party reservations are available Monday- Friday open to close, Saturday and Sunday 1 to close. General reservations do not have a guaranteed specific seating area- if the back room is available at the time of the reservation- most large parties will be placed there if requested. Seating area requests will be accommodated if possible. If you need the back room guaranteed or have a speaker and or visual presentation please select our other service to reserve the back room.
